Internal Combustion Engines: 

(Gasoline, Diesel, Natural Gas and Propane)

Add 6-10% AFMT/Engine Treatment by volume (usually 12 oz for average 3-5 quart engine)

• For extra quick response use up to 15%

•  One treatment lasts up to 9,300 miles.  (Continue to change your oil according to manufacturer’s guidelines.)  For extra protection, Prolong recommends adding an 8oz booster at each oil change.

2 Cycle Utility Engines: 

(Chain Saw, Weed Eater, Lawn Mower, Outboard Motors, etc.)

•   Mix your favorite 2-cycle oil and gasoline as normal; Then add 1 capful (¼ oz) AFMT/Engine Treatment per gallon of gasoline/oil mixture.  OR  Mix 2 oz AFMT/Engine Treatment per pint of oil before mixing with gasoline.  

4 Cycle Engines:

•  Shaft & Bearings           Use Oil, Spray or Grease

•   Lawn Mowers                Use 2 oz per pint in Crankcase

• Auxiliary                         Use 2 oz per pint in Crankcase

•  Generators                     Use 2 oz per pint in Crankcase

•  Rotilleries                       Use 2 oz per pint in Crankcase

Air Conditioner Compressor:

•   Add 3% by volume or 14 ml per liter or 1 oz per quart whichever is less.  

Wheel Bearings/Universal Joints:

• Use 29ml (1 oz.) AFMT/Engine Treatment per bearing or joint.

•   Or Use EP-2 Grease and pack as needed  

Differential Gears and Transfer Cases: 

(Regular and non-slip)

• Add 6% AFMT/Engine Treatment by volume

Miscellaneous:

• Guns                     All Over – Use Oil or Spray

•  Fishing Reels      Metal Parts – Use Oil or Spray

•  Hinges                   Use Oil or Spray

•  Sewing Machines Oil Points – Use Oil or Spray

•  Hedge Clippers    Blades – Use Oil or Spray

Multi/Power Steering Units:

• Add 6% AFMT/Engine Treatment by volume  

Sawing, Grinding, Milling, Boring and Turning:

Mixing procedures with Ultra Cut 1 Water Soluble Cutting Fluid

 Operation             Dilution Ratio (Parts water to parts fluid)

• Reaming & Boring          10:1 to 15:1

•  Drilling & Tapping         10:1 to 15:1

• Turning                              15:1 to 30:1

•  Grinding                            30:1 to 50:1

•  Sawing                               15:1 to 30:1

•  Milling                               10:1 to 15:1
